HRMS: How to setup in HRMS ?

1. Firstly setup all the functions in Configurations. The functions are:
  • Settings: Setup shift management for attendances.
  • Approver: Setup approver for apply leave and courses. (*setup after add staff)
  • Departments: Departments in the company.
  • Designations: Designations in the company.
  • Job Classifications: Job Classifications in the company.
2. Secondly, add staffs in Staffs menu.

3. Thirdly, setup leave types, add entitlements settings, and generate entitlements for staff in Leaves menu.
