What is Account in Contact Book?

1. "Accounts" company (or individual) that has a sales opportunity. They may be past customers, or they may also be your potential customers.

2. All “Accounts” are your customer. Company’s “Accounts” depends on you business, “Accounts” be used to record individual information who is a payer for your service.

3. Select “ Contact book” and click “Accounts” then press “View List”.


When you select “View List”, you will be able to see the list of customers in “Accounts” section as per the following display:



Add : Click on this button to add “Account” information.



Description : 

Name : Please enter account name. You are required to complete the fields marked*.

Account Type : Please select an account type.

Identification Number : Please key in registration number.

Tag : Please fill in the tag number involved.

GST Information : Key in GST information.

Industry : Please state your company’s industry.

Number of Employees : Please state number of staff in your company.

Email : Please enter related email address.

Phone : Please enter telephone number.

Fax : Please key in fax number
