What is user assignments?

 “User Assignments” is used to assign new or existing user(s) to a selected staff. You can also add new user of OfficeCentral system here. 
  • By adding new users in the system, more staffs from your company can benefit from OfficeCentral to do their job more efficiently. Each user needs to be assigned to a staff to enable the activities of the user to be limited based on the selected staff’s profile. 

LIST OF USERS
1.    Here, you can view the list of users available inside your company. All the users listed here will consume 1 license credit per month. Untuk menambahkan pengguna yang baru, tekan butang “Create”.
2.    To assign a user to a staff, click on the “Assign User” link.
3.    Click the “Details” link to view information of the user.
4.    Click on the “Unassign” link to remove information of the user. By unassigning a user, your license credit will not be deducted for the incoming months for the said user.
