How to add new public holiday?

 “Public Holiday” is used to record all public holidays that are followed by the company based on country. 
  • By inserting the public holidays inside the system, the system will be able to calculate the number of leave days taken by the staff automatically by deducting all the related public holidays. If there are any additional public holidays or off-days followed by your company, you can also add it here to ensure OfficeCentral calculate your staff’s leave automatically.
HOW TO ADD NEW PUBLIC HOLIDAY
1.    Go to “Public Holidays” and click on the link “Add”.



2.    Fill in the required information as follow:
                                   Add New Public Holiday

Example:
Country            : Malaysia
Name            : Maulidur Rasul
Description       : Celebrate the birth of Nabi Muhammad SAW
Public Holiday Date    : 12 January 2014

3.    Once completed, click on the “Save” link.

HOW TO MODIFY DATA
You can modify the information of the selected data by cliking on the “Edit” link on the right.

HOW TO DELETE DATA
You can also delete unused data by clicking the “Delete” link on the right of the data that you would like to delete. Only unused data can be deleted and please remember that deleted data is not recoverable. Therefore, please ensure that you only delete the data that you are absolutely sure you do not want to use.
